An intervention involves several stages: diagnosis, choice of intervention method(s), intervention and follow-up.
Our agents use approved products, and have the training and skills to work effectively and safely, including the choice of product and pest control technique best suited to your particular case.
They know what pests are, how they live and what they eat.
Knowing your enemy is the key to effective pest control.
On the one hand, No Pest International holds ministerial approval for the import/export, sale and use of plant protection products.
Secondly, all products imported and used locally are individually approved.
Pest control involves the use of potentially dangerous products. Trust the professionals!
First, check the product label for instructions on use. Please note that some labels are peel-off type with information on the reverse. Some products may have additional information on the outer packaging or a leaflet inside.
Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets are available individually for viewing and downloading for each of our products on the Products page.
The active ingredients and formulations in our products start to break down after a certain time and therefore have an expiry date. Our rodenticide products based on cereals, oats or pasta naturally have a shorter shelf life. You can still try expired products, but we are unable to predict their effectiveness.
All our products are dosed to maximum effectiveness, while minimising risks to non-target species and the environment. Worldwide, all chemical manufacturers are subject to rigorous control to achieve the desired result of controlling target pest species while minimising risks to the user, non-target species, the environment and the human food chain.
Pest control is always a combination of products, methods and time. For example, if you treat the fleas that live in a carpet but not the animal they feed on – or vice versa – they will reinfest it. If you treat both at the same time, but only once, new fleas will hatch. Similarly, you need to know where to place the rat bait effectively, give the rats time to absorb it and simultaneously ensure that you have removed or secured their usual food sources. Please note that an ineffective treatment does not mean that the parasite is resistant.
Read product labels carefully for instructions on use. If you’ve tried everything, it’s time to call in a pest control professional or speak to one of our technical team.
The need to use a bait box is indicated on the product label. We always recommend that baits are secured and protected from non-target animals and birds, and that children do not have access to them. In some countries, the use of a bait box is compulsory.
A few days are usually enough.
After examining the infested premises and, in particular, the humidity conditions, our specialists will be able to advise you on the right product.
Rodenticides work by limiting the production of vitamin K1, which thins the blood. You should therefore take your dog to the vet with the packaging, as it tells the vet how much of the active ingredient has been consumed. The vet will then either make your dog vomit – if it’s been less than 6 hours – or administer a dose of vitamin K1. If you don’t have the packaging, you can download and print the technical information on our products here.
Residual insecticide treatments are effective for around one month.
Given the wide range of sprays and aerosols available, you should read the label of each product to find out the surface area covered by each one.
Yes, but the residual product will quickly kill them.
It is strongly recommended that all animals are kept away from the area to be treated and these products should never be applied directly to animals, unless otherwise stated on the label. Some animals, particularly fish and cats, are very sensitive to the chemicals used in most insecticide sprays and fumigants, so particular care should be taken when using these products in their presence.
As a general rule, you should keep your pets out of treated areas for around two hours.
Not under normal conditions of use.
Insecticide sprays and fumigants are available in a wide range of sizes and formulations. Due to the variety of products available, it is impossible to guarantee the effects these products may or may not have on furniture and furnishings. We therefore recommend that you carry out a spot test of the insecticide spray in an inconspicuous area before applying it in full.
Eradicating this pest is difficult and requires a number of complementary measures.
Our range includes a specially adapted product, but here too we advise you to call on our specialists for optimum use and the implementation of the necessary accompanying measures.
